Write your colour reference in the “Add special instructions” field on the product page. Our artisans hand-make your seat to order.

Soft, velvety and matte, with the warm depth of the Fireside signature look.
Vegan leather
A smooth leather look that is easy to wipe clean, in the widest range of colours.

How long does a custom order take?
Please allow an additional 7–10 days of production on top of the delivery time shown on the product page.
Where do I write my colour reference?
On the product page, in the “Add special instructions” field, before adding the seat to your cart. Include the material and the reference number (e.g. Suede 12-B).
I can’t decide between two colours. Can you help?
Of course. Send us a message on WhatsApp or by email with a photo of your room and our team will advise you. We reply within 24 hours.
Is my custom seat covered by the warranty?
Yes. Every Karlon seat, custom or not, comes with our 5-Year Warranty.
